		<description>I wholeheartedly agree, however I fail to see how something like Twitter (as up and coming as it is) is more collaborative than an email.  Surely Twitter is just as one-way as email in that respect?</description>

		<description>Without crawling, I totally agree. I&#039;ve been using tools like Instant Messaging for years unofficially to save time and energy in phone tennis and transferring documents.

I&#039;d put Twitter or a derivative in there, whether it&#039;s the open source Identi.ca, the corporate Yammer, or install your own Laconi.ca.

As far as I&#039;m concerned, anything that minimises the role of PDFs can only be a good thing!</description>
